Not included in any plan
- A free tier or a free trial: every plan is paid before it starts.
- Data resale or redistribution rights.
- Any authority over Arbiter's own trading, and any custody: you sign every transaction yourself.
- Token watchlists (contracts and SEC companies only).
- Email delivery.
- Plan calls over MCP (MCP calls are pay per call).
- Batch endpoints.
- Historical market-data archives or bulk dataset export.
- Refunds of an on-chain pass (it is paid to Arbiter's receive-only revenue vault).
- Swap quotes, swap transactions and best-execution routes (always sold per call: their route read is taken for a paid order).
How a plan works
- Choose your allowance. Check the included products and live availability. These plans provide API access: you need a wallet and software that supports x402 payments and signed plan calls. A pass is not a separate reader app or a managed trading account.
- Review the quote, then pay. The pass page links to its request and payment terms. Pay in USDC on a network offered in that quote. The paying wallet holds the plan; access begins after settlement is confirmed. Never send money without a matching quote.
- Use your allowance for 30 days. Your software signs included requests with that wallet. Out-of-plan requests need a separate payment approval. The pass never renews by itself.

Developer details and measured-cost limits
Each call to an included product is signed by that wallet (no password, no API key). The exact text to sign comes from /api/subscriptions/v1/entitlement-message. The signature covers the product, version, request, subject network and evidence cutoff, so it cannot be used for any other call.
A call is drawn from the plan only when its measured cost is within its class's bound ($0.001 for a lower-cost call, $0.01 for a premium call or an agent job); anything else is sold per call after a separate payment approval.Read the live plan terms oropen the integration guide.
