Open methodology, sources and edition metadata

Confidence scale: HIGH uses current K0 or K1 evidence; MEDIUM uses K2; LOW uses K3; UNKNOWN values are withheld. Facts are labeled as source-grounded facts; Arbiter interpretation is labeled and always carries confidence and an invalidation condition. Every edition is signed and carries a content root, so a page can be checked against the artifact it was rendered from. The source list shows up to 40 records.
