Checks contract code, proxy layout and upgrade control (EIP-1967, EIP-1822, beacon, EIP-1167), owner and admin accounts (single key or multisig), privileged mint, burn, pause, blocklist, fee and trading functions, supply and decimals, balances held by privileged accounts, and a state-override transfer simulation (declared unavailable where a chain does not support it). Read by two independent RPC providers at one confirmed block after payment. Top-holder concentration is not obtainable from standard RPC and is omitted.
